This summer Harrogate Youth Theatre in association with TongueTied Theatre will present Area HG1, a brand new site-specific event within the depths of Harrogate Theatre.

This will be a chance for people to explore areas of the 111 year old Theatre that are not normally open to the public. Everyone who attends the performance will be thrown right into the middle of the action, directly involved in assisting to uncover the truth behind some extraterrestrial findings.

Something has been found at Harrogate Theatre, something that is not of this world. When two council officials came to investigate and only one returned the area was immediately sealed off to the public and became a government top secret priority. Leading experts in unknown terrestrial life were flown in from all over the world to examine the discovery. Government officials are now expected to visit at any moment to be shown the extraordinary findings…
